Welcome to Rylaa, a productivity SaaS application. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Service: The Rylaa SaaS application, including all features, dashboards, and APIs.
• User / You: Anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• Content: All data, projects, tasks, notes, or other materials uploaded by the User.

To use Rylaa, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

2.2 Account Restrictions

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to disrupt the Service, or to violate intellectual property rights.

Rylaa is a productivity tool designed to help users manage projects, tasks, and personal workflow. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Currently, Rylaa is free to use. In the future, we may introduce paid subscription plans. Payments will be processed via a third-party provider such as Stripe. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and complying with applicable payment terms.

• Do not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

All content, features, and software provided by Rylaa are owned by us or our licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Users retain ownership of their content. By using the Service, you grant Rylaa a license to store, display, and use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as-is". Rylaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Users may also terminate their accounts via the Settings section.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
